This paper seeks to improve understanding of air travellers’ comfort factors priorities related to age by research made on air travellers. The main aim is to understand influence of age of air travellers on their expectations and comfort preferences. Meeting these expectations would raise the level of passengers’ satisfaction, individuals’ value perception, and presumably the customers’ loyalty. To reach results the questionnaire was made. The research questionnaire consists of five areas of comfort factors important to air travellers. The factors selection criteria were based on literature reviews and experiences from the real operation. Based on these sources we assumed big gaps among the age categories. In overall consideration of the age aspect, the results show small differences between younger and older travellers. The smallest and the biggest differences among the age categories were pointed out in discussion and the interesting findings were highlighted in conclusion.
