Innovativeness of Residential Care Services in Poland in the Context of Strategic Orientation

The objective of this study was to examine existing relationships between three constructs of strategic orientation: (i) marketing; (ii) learning and (iii) entrepreneurial orientation and innovativeness level of residential care units in Poland. The data used to achieved research goal of the study was drawn from 115 residential care. A survey method was used to collect data. Research confirmed the existing statistically significant positive relationships between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and innovativeness (OI) and between marketing orientation (MO) and innovativeness. Regression analysis showed that relation between learning orientation (LO) and innovativeness level of residential care services is statistically insignificant.Joanna Ejdy
