Regeneration is a process aimed at an improvement of the functionality of a town in numerous areas: an improvement of life quality as the town's management including the logistics infrastructure. This article attempts to analyze and evaluate this process in the urban commune of Piła. Source materials were analyzed and a survey was conducted to evaluate the regeneration process of post-military sites in Piła in the period of 2004-2013
