The paper deals with the problem of supporting of a decision-making, prediction and decision validation in a human resource management system. In the paper a novel intelligent decision support system for human resource (HR) processes is discussed. The analytical path of the system has been designed and implemented, where machine learning algorithms have been proposed as basic tools for the monitoring different defined HR indicators. The paper includes the description of proposed approach and the discussion of selected experiments’ results.
