The article attempts to analyse the dynamics of change in information society development among European Union countries. Based on the seven selected indicators characterizing the digital economy area. Time and cross-sectional analyses of the analysed economies were compared and classified using the Vector Measure Construction Method. The analysis will be based on the data with Eurostat database.
