In order to promote the construction of the Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things scientifically and effectively, this paper considers the characteristics of each region comprehensively according to the needs of local and municipal companies, and forms three types of construction tasks with basic, improved and leading characteristics differentially. Key constructions in eight directions are defined, including production operations, customer service, construction management, energy ecology, enterprise intermediate platform, smart internet of things, basic support and technology research, etc. The objectives and effectiveness of twelve specific construction projects are cited as examples, which provide references for promoting the construction for prefecture-level power supply companies comprehensively.
