Aiming at the lack of top-level planning ideas and implementation schemes in the development of Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things, this article proposes the ideas named “around one goal, planning six areas, and creating eighteen key projects”. And the 18 key projects with " Energy business datamation, Energy data servitization, Energy service valuation, Energy value ecological cultivation, Energy ecological business updation” are proposed as the planning implementation path, they provide planning ideas and proposals for regional Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things planning and construction.
