The smart cities today new a development of a large number of sectors of activities, this make a big Ecosystem that connect a lot of IoT Ecosystems in an interoperable way. In our work we focused on the last generation of Industry, specifically the IoT Smart Factories Ecosystem, that is based on the digitalisation of all the industrial processes, using sensors to collect the information, network technology to send the collected information to the right server in the Internet for decision making, and actuators that react according to need, to make what is called the smart product. To improve the communication inside the IoT Smart Factories Ecosystem, we integrated the Software Define Technology to cam out with a new architecture called the Software Define Internet of Thing Smart Factories Ecosystem.
