This paper analyses the status, opportunities and challenges of China’s "going out" of power technology and equipment, points out the problems faced by export of China’s power technology. Based on the market analysis, a decision analysis model for the "going global" market of power technology and equipment for China’s power technology enterprises is designed, by combining the coefficient of variation method with the comprehensive index method.
