Although the network dissemination of Core Socialist Values is a new channel for everyone, the dissemination effect of Core Socialist Values in the network has always fallen short of expectation. In view of the current situation of the network dissemination of Core Socialist Values, this paper analyses the key contradictions existing in it, draws lessons from the thought and process of Extenics in dealing with contradiction resolving, establishes the elements set of the network dissemination of Core Socialist Values and the process of solving the key problems, and forms the dissemination strategies for Core Socialist Values under the network environment based on Extenics. This paper provides a new idea for the network dissemination of Core Socialist Values.
