Under the strategy of rural vitalization, talent has become one of the main bottlenecks restricting the rural industries vitalization. Based on the analysis of the contradictory problem between the supply and demand of new professional farmers cultivation, this paper constructs a basic-elements set of new professional farmer cultivation, defines the contradictory problems, and solves the contradictory problems through extension transformation, and finally forms a new professional farmers cultivation supply models to promote the rapid development of rural vitalization.
