Using the AHP method to select an energy supplier for household in Poland

The presented selection method for the electricity supplier can be adopted for development of a strategy of an energy supplier and carrying out the mission. It allows to select the supplier with regard to various criteria, the mutual relationship of which will depend on the recipient’s preferences. In the case of an ecological recipient, the ecological offer will be stressed. In the case of an economical supplier, the ecological criteria will occupy further places, and the most important criteria will be the price. Thanks to adopting more than two criteria we can take a look on the problem from broader perspective.
