With the popularization of electronic health data, it is possible to realize intelligent hospital appointment system. Compared with traditional hospital appointment system, the new appointment system based on Health Data Bank (HDB) can realize the optimal ‘Doctor-Patient’ matching under the constraint of medical resources, by combining the matching degree between them. Considering the preference of doctors and patients, this paper established a matching framework based on multi-objective programming and prospect theory, and then verifies the effectiveness and stability of the system by compared with the traditional First-Come-First-Served (FCFS) appointment mechanism.
