Businesses always need to know the offers exist so they need a platform that helps them to easily find the offers they have. The platform based on the mobile agents describe this article is a platform allows to detect the existing offers and to make a filtering to have the most suitable offers for the company. Our decision-making platform for bidding is based on intelligent agents. These agents will seek tenders in relation to the specialty area of the company. Then they will make calculations and generate a report which contains the description of the offers found and the details of the studies applied to these offers. Finally, the final decision, that is to say, is that the company can apply to win the project or not knowing that the agent knows the potential of the company and its limits. During our project, we discuss several relevant concepts as follows: Artificial Intelligence; Intelligent agents; Web Mining; Big data.
