The virtual reality (VR) theater typically supports users to interact in an immersive virtual environment. In this paper, we propose the architecture and implementation of a VR theater system supporting multi-device interaction and multi-user collaboration. In our study, the system is equipped with a large cylindrical screen to display immersive stereo virtual scene and several types of interactive devices, including multiple degrees of freedom platform, simulation gun and smart phone, to support user interaction. To improve efficiency of user collaboration, the users are divided into two groups assigned with different interactive tasks, allowing them to collaborate with each other.
