Societies of the future may see human beings coexisting with robots, and research on robots that can understand human behavior and intention is becoming increasingly important. More people are experiencing various mental disorders due to the high levels of stress in modern society. For this reason, the authors believe that support robots will be necessary to care for and treat patients with mental disorders. As such, this study aims at modeling obsessive-compulsive disorder in humans and common treatment methods based on the application of a conscious system. We believe that this study will be useful for research on care robots in the future.
