In this paper, a fuzzy multi-criteria framework is proposed to measure the spiritual intelligence (SI) in a data driven organization. The framework is flexible as it allows customization or tailoring and meeting various SI constructs and dimensions. Triangular fuzzy numbers have been used to express linguistic values of experts’ subjective preferences. Measurement of SI is performed by using fuzzy numbers for finding criteria weights and ranking the potential candidates by SI construct. An illustrative example has also been demonstrated to show the applicability and usage of the proposed framework.
