The development of information and communication technology has produced a variety of services. In particular, consumer-generated media (CGM) have dramatically changed modern lifestyles, and have made it possible for individuals to obtain and share information easily. Enterprises efficiently promote web advertising by using CGM as affiliate services. An increase in affiliate marketing may induce large numbers of transactions between players including consumers, enterprises, and providers, and may cause billing issues such as falsification. First, this paper proposes a new video advertising model to meet the trend of increasing affiliate services and constructs highly secure transaction methods for the model.
