This paper introduces the core results of the project conducted at RMIT University. The aim of the project was to provide better user experience as well as to help building maintenance staff to increase productivity of their work. The proposed system would save students time and effort in travelling around the NAS precinct. Additionally, the system would improve students’ study productivity because they could minimise the risk of coming late to their classes. This will lead to increased students’ satisfaction level towards RMIT facilities, because they would be able to utilise the provided facilities efficiently.
