The fundamental analysis is a very useful analysis in investment process. This analysis generate a huge quality of information about stock companies. From practical point of view investors are looking for quantitative information. It is more easy to use it in different kind of analytical methods. But in this scope arise a data problem. Stock companies presents information about them directly e.g. on their website. In Poland, there also exists a database of the companies which is delivered by NotoriaSerwis. Such database collect information about companies but in a following system: one file for one company. Usually analysts have a problem how to use this database and how to directly collect information about companies and use it according to their idea of use. This creates the area for building a proper database. The main goal of the paper is presentation of a procedure of building time-stable databases with the index of fundamental strength. In the process of building it, MATLAB software will be used.
