This paper addresses an important issue in evaluating performance of cloud services for the prevalence of cloud computing nowadays. The attempt is to propose an evaluation and ranking framework for cloud services. Firstly, importance of cloud computing and the significance of the quality of service (QoS) selection problem is introduced. Then the framework is provided to illustrate the QoS evaluation approach. The paper use an example adapted from literatures to evaluate the framework.
