Emotion management is that we can be good at self mastery and regulating emotions, can untangle the reactions of life’s contradictions and events, and can timely relieve the tense state of mind in an optimistic manner and humorous temperament and interest. The core of emotional management is to solve the problem of contradiction and convert incompatible problems into compatible problems. This paper tries to apply the Chinese original subject—the contradiction problem solving model and extension strategy generation method of extenics to the emotion management, and realizes the mood transformation and enhances the emotion management ability through the contradictory solution.
