In the Internet of Things (IoT), web objects and services can be seen as distributed and cooperative agents that need to collaborate in order to reach advanced functionalities and also to optimize the overall quality offered to the end users. For this purpose, we propose in this paper a distributed and optimal QoS services selection approach based on Multi-Agents paradigm and Distributed Constraints Optimization Formalism (DCOP). Hence, we revisited a DCoP technique for developing a new complete algorithm for service selection: the’Synch4QoS’ implemented under a multi-agent architecture using a real-time Web protocol for communi- cation. The proposed algorithm takes into accounts the specificities of the service composition context and the satisfaction of the global user's constraints
