Due to the self configuring and infra-structure less nature of MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network) optimization crunches, QOS(Quality of Service) contention and security breaches tend to occur. So, to rivet security of the mobile ad-hoc networks the proposed algorithm sifted in this paper cogitate biometric perception as the most innovative solution which incorporates exclusive iris features elicited by iris image procurement and perception system. QOS based issues of MANET are elucidated by genetic algorithm in this approach which results in optimized performance of the network. Significance of the approach conferred in the paper is stated through improved and better results compared with conventional secured approach of MANET
