Effect of computer-based training to increase creativity and achievement science, students in fourth grade of elementary

The aim of the research reported herein has been to show the differences between the traditional teaching metods and the new computer based teaching metod. Initially the necessary soft ware was prepared to be used in teaching the fourth grade school scince then two classes of Science in two different school in one of the educational of sanandaj were selected and the two methods utilized. the necessary data were collected through apre-post test design with a control group utilizing Abedi test of creativity.the Sample consisted o80 grade students fourth grade (40 boys (20 experimental and 20 control) and 40 females (20 experimental and 20 control) comparative randomized multi-stage were selected. Following athree month long course in which computer based teaching metod was used in discussing different topics among the Experimental group. The data were analyzed using the analysis of Kovariance metod. as four components of creativity, the effect of computer based training on initiative, fluidity and flexibility components among the boys and one fluidity and elaboration componentns among the girls was statistically significant the findings indicate that computer based teaching metod increases the creativity and achievemen of both boys and girls
