Explorative learning in Virtual World concerns about student getting lost and without clear direction. More time is wasted through wondering around places rather than go through learning and training directly. This project is about how to design health course in Virtual World by using instructional design. On pilot study, episiotomy and dementia module is created in Second Life. The result is gathered and used for further development
