This is a descriptive survey study which investigated stress and on-line registration among fresh students in Lagos State University. The study aimed at finding out why on-line registration caused stress for the fresh entrants. Two hypotheses were formulated for the study. Two hundred and thirty-six (236) participants were used for the study. Stress and On-line Registration Questionnaire (SAOLRQ) was used to gather information from the participants. T-test analysis was used to test the hypotheses at 0.01 level of significant. The researcher suggested orientation and knowledge of on-line registration for the fresh entrants by the University management before embarking on admission registration
