The significance of lymph node involvement regarding the prognosis of primary duodenal adenocarcinoma remains controversial. This study aims to evaluate the prognostic accuracy of nodal metastasis using the seventh edition American Joint Committee on Cancer staging system in patients with primary duodenal adenocarcinoma.
