Las reformas político-electorales del primer trienio del gobierno de Enrique Peña Nieto (2012-2015)

ResumenEn el presente artículo, los autores señalan que las reformas político-electorales de la primera mitad del gobierno de Enrique Peña Nieto se presentaron únicamente en el ámbito de la superestructura jurídico-política, ya que no han sido una iniciativa que haga frente a la violencia, que intente disminuir los delitos, crear nuevos empleos, generar condiciones de crecimiento económico o reducir la pobreza. En su opinión, los cambios jurídicos sumados a las acciones políticas no han sido suficientes para que por sí mismos puedan terminar o, al menos aminorar, los grandes problemas del país.AbstractIn this article, the authors note that the political and electoral reforms in the first half of the government of Enrique Peña Nieto took place only in the field of legal and political superstructure, as they have not been an initiative that addresses violence, to reduce crime, create new jobs, to create conditions for economic growth or poverty reduction.
