Modifications of the Fontan procedure are applied to a wide range of complex congenital heart defects with single ventricle physiology. We examined the pathway and the clinical results of extracardiac conduit-total cavopulmonary connection (EC-TCPC) for a malpositioned heart with apicocaval juxtaposition.
