Postoperative left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (LVOTO) after arterial switch operation (ASO) is rare. In this retrospective study, we reviewed the cases of 10 patients with LVOTOs post-ASO and analyzed the options used for the LVOTOs corrections and the patients' outcomes.
