Secondary subaortic stenosis (SSS) can occur after surgery for various congenital heart defects with or without initial left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (LVOTO). The objective of this study was to highlight the anatomical lesions and surgical procedures associated with the development of SSS after surgery on defects without initial LVOTO.
