The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a novel 30 degrees end-to-side coronary anastomotic coupler (Converge Medical, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA) that facilitates a non-penetrating, sutureless vein graft to coronary artery anastomosis.
