Current treatments for conduit vessel vasospasm are short-acting and do not inhibit all vasospastic stimuli. This study tests the hypothesis that irreversible inactivation of myosin light chain kinase provides sustained inhibition of arterial vasoconstriction stimulated by a spectrum of vasopressors.
