Arterial perfusion through the right subclavian artery is proposed to avoid intraoperative malperfusion during repair of acute type A dissection. This study evaluated the clinical and neurological outcome of patients undergoing surgery of acute aortic type A dissection following subclavian arterial cannulation compared to femoral artery approach.
