Recent data suggests that LDL particle concentration, as determined by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, may be associated with cardiovascular risk. We sought to determine the effect of randomization to pravastatin therapy on LDL particle concentration-NMR, among a primary prevention population.
