(Cell 167, 816–828; October 20, 2016) In the above paper, we accidentally included incorrect siRNA sequences for ALKBH1 in the Method Details section. The correct sequences should be 50-CCCGAGAGAUUCAAUGGUATT-30 and 50-GGAUGACCAGAAUAGCGAATT-30. In addition, the order of the complementary strand for the 6mA-containing dsDNA oligo sequence should have been reversed and listed as 50-AAATACAAGCATGCTTTTCCATAAGGTATCAT-30, and the order of the complementary strand for the 1mA-containing dsDNA oligo sequence should have been reversed and listed as 50-AAATACAAGCATGCTTTTCCATAAGGTATCATG-30. These errors have now been corrected online. We apologize for any inconvenience that they may have caused.
