Patients undergoing abdominoplasty often have breast concerns, as well as abdominal concerns, because pregnancy is often the etiologic factor in both. Although concerns about combination procedures have been raised recently, the specific issue of combining abdominoplasty and breast surgery has been scarcely addressed.
