Arthroplasty Today, a case reportebased peer-reviewed internet journal, started 2 years ago, thanks in part to the hard work of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) editorial board members, scientists, doctors, and our publisher, Elsevier. Our aim of this journal has been to provide simultaneous international access to readers and researchers interested in joint reconstruction.
