3.5mmHg on IND. HR reduction in the INN treated pts between 6am9am was –13.9 bpm and reduction in double product was –3189 compared to –10.4 bpm and –2139 in the INN treated pts during the same period. Conclusion: Chronotherapeutic INN and traditional PRO (IND) resulted in significant reductions in BP from baseline levels, which were maintained over the 24hr dosing interval. Peak PRO provided by the delayed release agent between 6am-9am resulted in greater reductions in BP, HR and double product during the critical early morning period when compared to traditionally dosed PRO.
