The paper deals with homogenization of a boundary condition for the heatequation which is rapidly oscilating between Dirichlet and Neumann type.Since the area fraction of the set where Dirichlet conditions are prescribed isorder 1, in the first term of the expansion the Neumann condition is forgotten.In order to see the asymptotic effect of the Neumann boundary condition onthe solution one has to go to the second term of the expansion.
