Summary We show that the pion electromagnetic form factor satisfies a nonsubtracted dispersion relation if one of the pions is taken to be massless. We point out that, by quantizing the theory on the light-cone, the mass extrapolation ambiguity due to one of the pions being massless can be overcome. We then use this result to establish an upper bound on the pion charge radius.
