Summary  We compute forward pp dispersion relations by expanding the unphysical part in a series of Chebyshev polynomials, and fitting the coefficients to the experimental low-energy values of Ref pp. The fit is very good and the results are consistent with experiment when extrapolated at high energy. As a by-product, values of real and imaginary parts of the $$\bar pp$$ amplitude at zero energy are obtained.
