Improved yield by cryoeffect in kinetically controlled peptide synthesis catalyzed with alcalase

The yields of a kinetically controlled enzymatic reaction catalyzed by alcalase in alcohols increased 15%∼40% when the reaction temperature was 5 o C instead of 25-30 o C. High yields of biologically active pepbde intermediates were obtained from reaction at 5 o C
