This paper introduces a rule-based adaptive hypermedia system that allows the information providers to easily direct users to their own personalized navigation paths. In order to reduce the information providers' efforts in creating navigation rules, we simplified the format of these rules and offer an authoring tool that verifies the navigation rules. This tool also guarantees the adequacy of the navigation path.
