
Differences in Tumor Biology, Health Care Access, and Social Support May Contribute to Worse Outcomes for Black Patients with Breast Cancer

Black patients with breast cancer have worse overall and disease‐specific survival than White patients, according to a new population‐based study. More aggressive tumor biology, worse health care access, and weaker social support networks are potential contributing factors.
