Spin‐to‐Orbit and Orbit‐to‐Local‐Spin Conversions An ultrafast conversion strategy between spin‐to‐orbit angular momentum and orbit‐to‐local‐spin angular momentum based on the time‐associated vector diffraction theory and the fast Fourier transformation is conceived and demonstrated. This is achieved by the configuration of hybridly polarized light pulse with or without vortex phase in a single optically configured geometry.
