To assess the impact of combination antiretroviral therapy on neurocognitive outcomes in perinatally human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-infected patients and to determine if CD4 percentage and plasma HIV-1 RNA level (viral load) are predictive of future neurocognitive function.
