To investigate the effectiveness of colchicine and dapsone, 2 corticosteroid-sparing anti-inflammatory agents, in the treatment of patients with complex aphthosis (recurrent oral and genital aphthous ulcers or severe, almost constant, multiple oral aphthae in the absence of Behçet syndrome).
