Assuming the generalized Lindel\"of hypothesis, we provide asymptoticformulas for the mean values of the first and second moments of Ramanujan sumsover any number field. Additionally, unconditionally, we estimate the secondmoment of Ramanujan sums over cyclotomic number fields.
